This Thesis project was the culmination of 8 months of consistent work on an original idea, from initial research explorations, real world research and similar inspirational research. The initial design was meant to be a two dimensional platform game with hand drawn sprites, but that quickly changed as the scope changed.
I decided to take the game into a direction that was more interesting as 3D software was always on my mind in my later college years, thus, the last 3 months of the project was swamped in 3D design, modeling, texturing, lighting and programming within the software development engine “Unity” as it had the largest collection of tutorials, assets, and elements at my disposal.
Each model, texture, effect, and character was created by me.
